This is an excellent compliment to follow or precede your private full day in the vineyards.

Wines can be stored in bottles for as shorts as 6 months and as long as 50 years or more in a cool, dark and humid cellar. The quality of the vintage and plot will determine the structure of the wine and how long it can age.
